Therese Kaley, known as TK, is the Managing Director and founder of Better Staff which she started in 2008. With over 30 years in the recruitment industry, she has built a trusted business supporting Managed Service Providers, Independent Schools, and mid-enterprise clients with tailored recruitment solutions.
TK loves long lunches in Manly and Thursday Schooners with the team. Outside of work you can find her on the motorbike track, something she is most passionate about!

Jacob Bryk
General Manager
With over 12 years' experience in recruitment across London and Sydney, Jacob excels at building long-lasting client relationships and really understanding a company's culture and what makes a great hire.
Jacob loves client lunches and afternoons spent in the Occidental pub getting to know people. Outside of work you will find him at Waverley Oval or the Dove & Olive in Surry Hills.

Joe has over 6 years recruiting exclusively in the Software Development and Engineering space. Joe is one of the most personable recruiters who will always remember a face and a name. Known for his vast network and uncanny ability to always be referred A* candidates.
Joe loves the outdoors, exploring new restaurants and Liverpool FC. Outside of work you will find him in the Eastern Suburbs sipping on a latte or enjoying a schooner in the sun.

Adam has a strong grasp of the unique challenges faced by educational institutions and MSPs. He takes pride in placing IT experts where they can make a real difference, whether supporting learning in the classroom or delivering vital services to clients.
Living in Narrabeen means anytime he is not at work, you will find Adam at the beach with the family!
