Level 1/2 Help Desk and Project Support work.
12 month contract position
Excellent working environment

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced IT professional to assist with Day to Day level 1 IT support activities. They are seeking a motivated, outgoing individual with great problem solving skills. Your primary focus will be supporting end users with technical enquiries across desktops, laptops, servers, applications, network connectivity, access, printing and telephony.  In addition there will be some Project Support work.

This is a professional role within a professional environment and requires a experienced individual with generalist IT Support knowledge who can hit the ground running.

Ideally you will have strong technical skills with:

  • Experience with supporting Microsoft Windows (7/8/10/Server) and Microsoft Office (2010/13)
  • Understanding of Network Technologies (Switches, VLANs, Routers, Firewalls)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, Sharepoine
  • Mobile devices via MDM (Airwatch);
  • Office 365
  • Installing and troubleshooting printers


In addition you will posses;

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills,
  • Technical competency and problem solving skills,
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage Service desk in a timely manner,
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Installing and troubleshooting printers
